ABC thursday commercial

i was watching grey's anatomy a while ago and i there was this ABC commercial promoting the shows that will be shown every thursday this fall (ugly betty, grey's and six degrees). the song had lyrics like "come on over.." anyway, i know this is not much help but i was hoping someone here knows the title of the song i'm talking about. thanks

it showed six degrees, betty and greys anatomy on the commcerial

ABC was kind enough to post the name of the song during Grey's Anatomy this evening. It is "Streetcorner Symphony" by Rob Thomas off of his new album.
