it doesn't have any words so I'm not sure if its an actual song, but it starts out with an acoustic guitar riff. The commercial has a hole bunch of different scenarios all with an image of the "raising bar". I know there is tractors in a field and the shape that they form is a bar and a houses bunched together that also form the gradual "raising bar"

nope, I know the song solsbury hill, and the one on the commercial is not that one.

it says more bars in more places, and it advertises the allover network, and the fewest drop calls.

It also has a scene of about 5 trains running in the same direction staggardly to form the shape of the centennial bars.
