simple chocolate/vanilla cakes are out of fashion.

Trust me, I would LOVE to find a gluten-free ice cream cake. *drool* Mmmm, TCBY's chocolate with mint chocolate-chip ice-cream.

I had the biggest hankering for McDonalds Birthday Ice-cream Cake the other day. I haven't had it since I was about 8 yrs old...mmm such good memories. It's sad that some of my fondest memories are of food.
