2010 Winter Olympics Vancouver

Hey everyone. Sorry to toss on another request, but I've been banging my head against the wall trying to place this one, and so far no dice. Shazam won't even get it.

I recorded it off of my TV, so sorry if the sound quality is kinda low. I hosted it at both http://www.supload.com/listen?s=gALBjc (inline Flash player) and mediafire (download). Any help on this one would be great.

And just to pay it forward, one of the tracks used in NBC's recaps was God Is An Astronaut's "No Return", from around 0:45 onward. Awesome track in general, BTW.

Hey guys. Here is a youtube sample of the song exi and I are looking for featured in CTV's coverage of the opening ceremonies:

;)That would be the mummy 3: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor

"Call to Adventure" Track 1/Track 29

Gotta add another unknown.

During the Lindsey Vonn montage which aired today (which I just caught on the rerun at ~12:13am CST): does anyone know anything about the music used for it? The last two pieces -- not sure if there were two or three, missed the beginning of it -- were amazing.

(I should say that I'm talking about everything aired BEFORE the whole cow thing.)
I think you may be talking about what I posted earlier:
Anyway, I don't know if anyone was looking for this, but I figured I'd post it. Remembrance by God is an Astronaut. Amazing song. They played it during the segment about the injured skier.

Hm... it's catchy, but I'm having a hard time placing it in that montage for some reason.

I'm pretty sure it's a part of a song looped or remixed from Radiohead the song is called "Everything in It's Right Place"... From the album Kid A.
Hope this helps!

Cheers.

Still looking for help on the first song of the three (or four) used in the "Canada Welcomes The World" montage aired when the Olympics opened.

Video is here. My email to NBCOlympics.com has, as you'd expect, thus far gone unanswered.

That, and the song used in that CTV opening essay mentioned earlier in this thread, with the sample uploaded here.

I heard the CTV music in an ESPY short a couple months back and I've also been dying to discover what it's from. Here's the link and it comes in at 4:00 and 5:45:

Also, this is a bit off topic but you all seem to be quite knowledgable of your trailer/score music so I'll go ahead and ask: does anyone recognize this music from a blu-ray trailer? It's been eating at me for the past month and is pretty epic:

NBCOlympics email still unanswered. I've sent messages to the YouTube uploaders behind the videos that feature that piece from the CTV opening essay -- nothing there yet, either.

I was reading an article on AudioBrain, the company that was hired to do all the music for NBC in Beijing and Vancouver. Perhaps you might get a better result if you contacted them directly instead of NBC Olympics. The company has a blog here. They mention they had written some music for some pieces too..

Thanks for the heads-up.
