UPN Promo Commercial

I'm not sure if this is just for a regional UPN commercial or if it is nationwide but they have about a 30 or so second clip showing some of the talent to this punk rockish beat and song with the words "Rock with me" or "Ride with me" (can't really make it out too well) sung by a male vocalist, sounds like a repeated chorus over and over before the song ends. Anybody know what it is called and/or who makes it? Thanks for your help in advance. It was placing here in Rhode Island for "UPN 28" but it might be a national or at least regional ad too.
