Unknown acoustic oriented song?

I heard this song on the radio and its driving me crazy. It is a guy singing..starts of just acoustic guitar then adds on steel guitar, electric guitar and drums. the singers sounds young. The song is long...5-6 minutes.

Lyrics-as best as I can tell...all I could write down
