Three Moons Over Milford

There is a song in the commercial for ABC Family's "Three Moons Over Milford" that is driving me crazy. It's not a particularly good song, but I know I've heard it in a lot of movies and movie trailers, and I can't figure out where. I'm afraid I don't have any lyrics seeing as it is an instrumental, but I'm sure if somebody sees the commercial they will know it. It's a very recognizable tune.

I think I remember where else I have heard this song. I think it was in "The Goonies" but I don't have a copy of the movie to check it out.
