The Waterboy

Alright everyone, I'm sure most of you have seen the Waterboy. And, classic intellectual piece that it is, I can't seem to find the name of the kind of heavy techno song they used.

I could barely describe it, except that I'm pretty sure that it's the only song in the entire movie you'd think of as techno. I don't think it's on the official soundtrack. Any thoughts?

Could it be John Mellencamp - "Small Town"? That's the only song I can think of with "small town" in the lyrics. I haven't seen The Waterboy in forever.
