I swear it's David Julyan, but I don't think he's done anything besides Memento and Insomnia. I think it's off the Memento soundtrack, but not positive. Can anyone confirm the name of the track from Memento or is it from another source?

Thank you! I knew it had to be by David Julyan, just don't have the Memento soundtrack on me and couldn't go through all the listings.
