Struggling to remember....

I am trying to remember what product was being featured in a commercial.
The music kept changing to match what was being seen on the street. The main thing I can recall is this tiny yet ferious miniature Doberman that was barking like mad and the song switched to..."back off, he's a killer...". Who sings that song? and can anyone link me to the actual ad?
Can anyone help me with this commercial??
