Imagine that being screamed by a guy that kind of sounds like Brian Johnson (from AC/DC)

Does anyone know what song this is? I seem to hear it on the radio once a year around Christmas, but I don't know if it is Christmas themed, or it's just a coincidence. After what seems like hours of googling I'm still at a loss so hopefully someone here is smarter than me. The song kind of sounds like AC/DC as I said but is definitley a hard rock tune from the late-70s/80s era. Also I should note that I always hear it on a rock station that plays a notoriously large amount of Canadian content.
