Whenever I see the promos for 'Sleeper Cell' on Showtime, they have this kick-ass guitar riff as the background music. I love it, but it's not the first time I've heard it being used to advertise a show/film (first heard it on USA some years back when they were promoting the hell out of the network premiere of The Scorpion King) and I am no closer to finding out the name of the track or the name of the band (though Marilyn Manson keeps coming to my mind).
I'd ask Showtime (logical, right?) but they seem to think that no one outside of the United States watches their channel so I have no access to their website. I can't email "dehnuhnunuhnuhneoyrow" to my rock friends and expect them to have any clue what I mean, so I am hoping/begging/praying that someone here who watches Showtime or whatever had an idea of the track I'm referring to.
Please? It took me 5 years to find the last song I heard a snippet of; I don't want to rinse and repeat that again.
