one of the commercials has a paper sign in which a "happy cow" pokes its head through and talks. what's the name of the rong playing in the background? it sounds like techno music.

i cant view that link, i'm on a psp which is why i ask here. i cant look up the commercials on psp but it is a real california milk commercial and the cow is asking to be elected for something in the commercial.
