RadioShack "Merry Christmas to You"

Does anyone know who sings the song over the new Radio Shack ad (as of November 2007) where there's a father and son finding a Christmas tree in the woods, and the mom at home getting text messages about it, and the song sounds like a Jeff Lynne type of person singing the words "Merry Christmas to you / I hope that all of your dreams / And wishes come true / this Christmas time" with a slightly goofy tuba-like instrument playing in the background. Sounds cheesy, but the rendition of the song is really swell!

The RadioShack spot you're asking about is called Walk in the Woods and it features a track called “The Christmas Letter” by a New York band Mad Larry.

Don't know if this will help with the search but Thwak! Music are the music supervisors on this commercial. They seem to work with different artists and bands and are located in NYC.
