Queen "Another one Bites the Dust"

Ok, this is kind of an old one (both the song AND the commercial), but I'm looking for a commercial that had this as it's soundtrack. It was within the last ~5 years sometime, and was set in an operating room. The patient's heartbeat worked into the song, and then the doctors began singing "another one bites the dust". I think it was an insurance ad, but I can't remember. Anyone with an excellent memory?

Are you thinking of Levi's (I think) ad "Tainted Love" by Soft Cell, discussed in a previous thread? It's a guy in the hospital, his heartbeat in sync with the music's beat...

Oohhhhh i think i remember that one. the doctors are operating, and they notice the beat, and they all start laughing and singing along, right?
