Looks like it was filmed in South Africa.

Storyline:
Cool guy drives down lane in van, chewing gum, loud music. At the backseat is his bloodhound, imitating his owner, looking at girl in the street, chewing Pedigree Chewys, putting his paw out of the window when they pass along.

Any suggestion what music they used?

Spoke to the advertising agency here in South Africa and they told me it was 'custom made' for this commercial by a local company, called Cut & Paste.

Now, if we whine often enough, maybe they publish it as a song
