ALL schools should have a tarantula!!!! they're the neatest! why? 'cause everyone's scared of 'em and they're cool to learn about.




you know, just now I grabbed a cricket that was like have dead for some reason and put it in front of the piece of bark, and I slowly sorta shoved it in deeper into the dark area where Taranagon would be chillin' and then he almost snatched my hand!!! 'cause he wanted to get the cricket of course that I was holding, luckely I was fast enough to get my hand outta there!! it was cool, now Taranagon is enjoying his meal

yup, they sure can. when they shed (mostly called molting when it comes to tarantulas, but I don't know) there's a few things ya gotta do in order to keep it alive.

By curiousity did you do any reading before you got it? Cos I think it's like snakes.. they kill first then eat it when they want to

Yeah I did some research before I got it so when I bought Taranagon I already knew what to do n' stuff, and yes they kill it first, like just now I was watching the cricket kinda struggling around as Taranagon was like filling it up with its poisen (it bites the food with its fangs of course) and yeah




it'll wait til its all dead and then slowly eats its

ohh, i remember when Shelob was fighting Sam in LOTR, that was one of the coolest fight scenes ever. I was in the edge of my seat, spilling my coke all over myself cus i'm terrified of spiders. Your lucky you didn't get bitten by ur tarantula. h34r:

hahahaha, at least they put up a new stop sign...the one i stole was falling apart, i did that street a favour...they should thank me. i've been planning to get a fire hydrant sign for weeks now, they look soooooooo kew!!! h34r:
