I know this is a known song but I can't for the life of me find it through the lyrics. Nothing from the song appears to match my searchs, I know this song isn't by the Backstreet Boys as appears to always come up .

Well, I never heard of this commercial or the song before, and even as a vegetarian, I find PETA's campaigns disgusting and offensive, BUT...

Your question piqued my interest. This page says it is "We Got It Goin' On" by D-Cru. Unfortunately, this song is very hard to find now, although Amazon has one used one left, so go grab it before I do.
