Old 2002- 2005 commercial song HLEP

I really love this song but all i know is that the male model was driving this (Black?) car maybe SUV and the song in the back ground went something like " Shini nae shini nae Shini Bow! Ow! Wow Wow ow oW! Ow OW! ::repeats:: It was like a rock song almost.

I would absolutly crap my pants if someone could answer this.

Are you possibly talking about the Chrysler commercial with Tiger Woods in it? There's a spooky castle in the background, lightning, etc.---all shot in black and white? If so, the song in that commercial is "Frankenstein" by the Edgar Winter group.
