NINE INCH NAILS - "Kill the lights"?

I heard a nine inch nails song today on the radio, at the end it sounds likes he's saying "kill the lights" it repeats like this til the end of the song.

I've tried listening to a bunch of NIN and none of them seem to be the one. The song used to recieve regular radio airtime. ?

Thanks but neither are it.

It has to be NIN, or someone who sounds exactly like him and same type of dark industrial instrumental work.

The lyrics i gave are probably way off too, i'm a terrible lyric rememberer.

But this is a very dark heavy song with NIN type instrumental, and the end he is just repeating the phrase. A very crazy sounding synth voice is playing a very defined 7 note progression, it has a wood block timbre but is a little cartoony sounding.

I justed listened to bunch of his songs and can't figure it out.

So yeah I suck at lyrics:

I thought this song was much more popular but apparently its not. its a often played song in STL.
