ok this wasnt in a commercial but I was wondering if anyone knew it.

There is a rap song and it starts off with a guy whispering 1-2-3 and then it goes into an extreamly fast pace song with a rasta guy rapping really fast, its hard to even understand him. Its been in a couple of movies, im just not sure which ones.

NO thats not it at all, there is not guy whispering "1-2-3" in the begining in "Hey Ya" and there is no rasta guy rapping really fast in the song.

The song im talking about is extreamly fast pace, almost techno/rave music and the rasta guy raps really fast to

It is definately Outkast - B.O.B.

It stands for bombs over baghdad, but the song is listed as "B.O.B."
