I have heard this song on the radio, older music station the last few months.

The song sound like it is the Cure but I cannot find it.

The Song starts out with a girl laughing over and over, then it goes into a Piano solo, and then into deep lyrics.

The only words I can pick up are "Go away girl" and "No way girl"

Thanks for any Help

Jeff

I thought he typed the Crue. :duh:

Then I guess it can't be.. Motley Crue - Don't go away mad (just go away)

No it is not Marc Anthony or Motley Crue.

The Key is the laughter at the beginning. It is a higher pitched female laugh (ha ha ha ha), that repeats itself over and over for about 30 secs or so with a little bit of music in the background.

It is pretty annoying, but the rest of the song is great. The singing does not come in until at least 2 or 3 minutes into the song, and it has a very gothic, Cure, Depeche Mode sounds to it.

Thanks for your help though.

It seems familiar, maybe Type O Negative?

In case you hear it again, try going to this site.

Dang it! I knew this one. But Nowhere Girl by B-Movie sounds more to me like Depeche Mode than it does The Cure. I think that is what threw me off. Ive got the 12' mix of this. Great tune BTW.

Sorry, I should have just gone with the feeling.

That's okay, any info you can provide is always helpful even if the answer is not correct. If you get the urge, feel free to take a stab. :) :)
