Need help identifying a commercial

:huh: I'm sorry for posting a question like this here, but I don't know where else to ask.

I'm trying to identify the advertiser in a recent commercial I saw on TV. The commercial features a teen with a home-built spiderman web shooter. He shoots it across the street to another building, swings off and smack into the building across the street.

Can anyone tell me who made this commercial?

I think it's for the new videogame that's just been released. They said something like "Yes, it's that real", and then switched to the game, I think...

It may have been for the GameBoy Advance or N-Gage version, because I thought the people who were watching the guy smack into the building then glanced at their hands.
