MTV Vote for 2004

The ad has that instrumental movie music I've heard a lot but I don't know what it's called. The ad has some slogans such as "Axis of Evil" and "Freedom Fries" and it says vote 2004 or something along those lines at the end. Anyone seen it? I really want this music.

You said you've heard the song a lot -- do you remember other places that the song was used?

I usually hear that music in promos. It has one of those cool and recognizable sounds to it.
