Movie questions?

Looking for a movie about south Africa in the late 80's-90's, aman fights against the oppressive white government, of which the people fight for the release of nelson Mandela. I think the movie was released somewhere between 2004 and 2007. I thought it was called a man on fire or something like that. Hope this was descriptive enough.
