Michelin Tires baby

Hi, I have been racking my brain to figure out the name/artist of this song. It was often played at the club right arount 2 years ago and may still be played. All I can remember is that the beat sounds like "whomp, whomp, whomp", I don't think there are any lyrics. It briefly played on a tire commericial. The commercial had a baby sitting in the middle of a tire and the tire was spinning. The baby was in a plain white room, but it just looked like a white backdrop. Thanks!
