Max Payne

There's a particular bit of music I'm trying to find in the soundtrack for Max Payne, but it appears as though it somehow doesn't exist, despite being in the movie.

It can be heard twice, just after the beginning of the film where Max fights the thugs in the subway restroom, and again when Max guns down the Aesir security guards with a shotgun.

Try as I might, I can't find the track in the soundtrack that this particular bit of music belongs to, and I was wondering if anyone else here knew what it was.

UPDATE: Yeah, I know.......it's been more than a year since my last post here, and yes, I'm still looking for that missing track/bit of music from this movie. I did a search for at least one of the aforementioned scenes on YouTube, and by random chance, I found the following clip. The music I'm (still) trying to locate begins at 0:39/0:40. If anyone has any information regarding that particular track, it would be greatly appreciated.
