Hi, I found it! It's called "Promise You Will" by the South End Soul Ensemble featuring Marietta Smith. Apparently, TCM took her voice out and just plays the music. You can find it on the YouTube Music app or YouTube. I loved the jazziness of the tune as well. I simply aimed the Google mic on my phone at the TV and it found the song!
