It doesnt look like a good outcome. I emailed macys and got the following resonse:

hello to all i have also been searching for the female, techno-ish, cover of "from me to you" without any luck anyways, it's been a while since the last post just wondering if anybody found anything else out hope this topic hasn't been dropped later

It is :30.3 seconds long and I did the best editing I could to isolate the music and reduce interference.
