Greetings!
I'm searching for an (annoying!) song from the Lexus GS commercials, only so I can *get it out of my head!* (and don't worry, I searched "Lexus" first--Didn't find this one!).
The two commercials it's used in are the "budding" one, where the SUV splits off so it can explore all the disparate paths at once, then comes back together at the end.
The other is the one where the twentysomething man drives through the cityscape at night to that cliff at the end of the world. ("There's a destination for everyone".)
It *sounds* like maybe it *could* be Jimi Hendrix or similar, but I can't say that for certain. Lots of growling guitars and maybe some synth.
The lyrics are garbled, perhaps intentionally, as if the singer had his lips too close to the microphone. What I *did* pick up is:
"When I'm alone/Ooh, baby we'll travel..."
Can somebody help, please? This is driving me crazy! :blink:
