Unfortunately still working on it. I did get a little further though and was able to speak to a department for this company that could see that I was paying for this policy that no one else could find for some reason. They had my employer fill out a form and fax to my doctor and now I'm waiting on my doctor to fax it to me. Once all filled out I send it back to them and hopefully they will open the claim without question. *fingers crossed all goes well with that*
