This is (a Spanish guitar cover of) the song I'm trying to identify:

The song is uncredited in album album by the guitarist, so I'm guessing it was already in the public domain as of 1996 when the album was produced (Ignore the 2013 date on the youtube site)? I've heard it many times before but can't place it. I know it has been used in commercials as background music before (maybe 4-5 years ago in a healthcare ad?) Any ideas?

Hi thanks. Bulerias is a Spanish guitar cover of another (instrumental) song. I am trying to find the name and composer of the original. The original may be early 20th century American classical or 19th century European classical. If the tune sounds familiar, any help would be appreciated.
