It's a production track called "Sweet World" by Omega Men but you can listen to it here:

Go to Extrememusic.com and click "Get Music" at the bottom
Once inside, click on "X-series" on the top left.
Click on "Album Name" on the left and wait for the albums to load
Scroll down to find "Electroclash"
Click it, and wait for the tracks on the right to load.
"Sweet World" should be the fifth track listed

Theres an old Geico commercial with one of the "CEO"'s of geico talking and then it shows the lizard dancing to techno music. The CEO starts performing some nerdy white moves as well.

"The song is called "Sweet World" by Comega Men. The music is a clip purchased from a stock music library, Extreme Music (London). This service, and others like it, sells music only to commercial clients for use in media and advertising. This particular song has also been heard on another commercial and as a “bumper” on TV shows when they go to, or come back from, a commercial ad."

If u go on to extrememusic.com --> get music --> x-series --> composer --> omega men ... you can click on "sweet music" and hear the whole song.
