Well, my husband seems to prefer the silent treatment. <_<

I get that too. See, I guess his ideal time would be both of us are silent.

edit to add -cause talking
would require effort

listening too

im just saying, me for example?
im the silent type, but when i listen you got all my attention

Stoopid boys. <_< Actually in our house it ain't the talking, it's the listening that requires effort. If he's not physically playing WoW, mentally he is.

Aww Kenneth, you're just a good guy.

Believe it or not in real life I'm the silent type too. So when I DO talk, it's nice to not be ignored ya know?

women/girls always hate it when youre 'is that right?' or 'uh-huh' but not really paying attention

well thats one thing i know

Listening is a problem in our house too. He ticks me off cause he will like start talking to the cat or the dog and now Connor like in the middle of when I'm talking.

Hehe yeah, half the time you can hear crickets after I tell a joke. But that's mainly cause I screw jokes up.

Aww Rhonda.. :( Maybe he just has ADD too and can have two convos at once? I used to do that too til I realized not everyone was the same way and that it was kinda rude of me.

I wonder if that's why people like us like places like this, where we're heard, ya know?

Yeah, I think that's probably true it's just that he doesn't do that to other people really. Like, he doesn't do that at his job cause he knows that would be rude. So family is different. ;)
