I wrote an email to Ford, and they actually responded. Bad news, its and inhouse song and not available to the public. Here's the email below, read 1st and 4th paragraphs...
Dear Bryan,
Thank you for your message of 12/28/2004 regarding the Ford Freestyle.
We appreciate the time you have taken to inquire about the name of the
song in the Ford Freestyle Commercial.
Thank you for expressing your interest in Ford's products and services.
The all new Ford Freestyle will redefine affordable family
transportation with unprecedented interior comfort, flexibility and
class leading safety.
We apologize for the delay in our response to you. Our goal is to
respond to our customers within three business days; however, due to
recent high volumes of e-mail we were unable to fulfill that objective.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
In an effort to assist you, we have researched your inquiry and found
that the commercial was done in-house and unfortunately not available
to
the public. However, the commercial is called 'Versatile' and can be
seen online at:

We hope that this information will be of assistance. We wish you all
the best for the New Year.
At Ford Motor Company, we consider the satisfaction of our customers as
one of our most important objectives. If you have any other inquiries
or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to
address them.
Thank you for contacting Ford Motor Company.
Sincerely,
Carol
