E! Promo commercial with blue starry background

Okay, this song has been driving me crazy. It is played on the E! promo commercials that show different celebrites and ablue starry background and I think a little 'Welcome to E! Ryan Seacrest.' I got the beginning (I think), which goes "Last night I saw you, you looked divine..." and I also got the chorus which goes "you find your heart under starlight." I've tried searching on google and it turns up absolutely nothing. I'm not sure if they even show it anymore. I saw it about a month ago and now they have a different song to go with their new promo commercials.
