Driver Parallel Lines song

There is a song in Driver Parallel Lines that plays in the ingame movie right after TK gets out of jail, and it is 2006 and it goes to a overhead birds eye view of downtown Manhattan and then flips angles when it reaches the Empire State Building. Its a real cool dark song. It is done by a female singer, dunno her name though.
