I'm looking for the sound you hear a the end of dodges ads (almost all of them) It's kinda hard to describe, somthing like

HAY ! Tudududududum (This is a guitar/bass)

I know exactly what you're talking about.

I know this is far fetched but the only thing I know that sounds remotely like that riff is "Block Rockin Beats" by The Chemical Brothers.

Otherwise, it was probably custom scored for their purposes.
