does anyone know where i can download the diet coke comercial featuring kate Beckinsale?

I know you can view it on dietcoke.com, but i would liek to download a decent version of it.

Also,

who is the sound track done by?

The ad agency PSYOP has a better version.
Click on the red egg to make it go away and then hit Projects -> Diet Coke -> 01 -> Play

You don't really need the swiff player to play the file. you can play it in any flash enabled browser.
