Anyone have an idea who is covering David Bowie's Modern Love for the promos for TLC's Diana: The Inside Story?

It's a female voice, and much slower tempo than the original. Any information would be great. Thanks!

Actually, it's titled Diana: Last Days of A Princess.

I think it's showing in early August.

There is a commercial on TLC about the new series "Diana: The last days of a princess". The song in the commercial is a remake. I would like to know the title of the song and yhe name of the singer in the commercial.
