Does anyone know what song is featured in this magnificent trailer?

it's an instrumental song played with acoustic guitar and starts right after when the the following sentence appears on the screen:

"What if politicians promised a black for every home?"

You can probably find it HERE if you want to go through all of the MIDI files. I went through C and I'm fairly certain it's none of those so start with D.
