The commercial is for a new hairspray (I suppose) from Clairol called "lift".

i might be totally off. but i saw a commerical on tv. i didnt catch the product. there was a woman randomly jumping around in neon pink. she was middle aged i'd say.

lyrics that i caught were:

"hey baby i will give you a lift.. let it all hang high, let it all hang loose!"
