Captain Morgan "Bar"

I've been trying to figure out what the song is from the beginning of this captain morgan commercial. It's the latest from the "Got a little captain in you" campaign, the one with the bar patrons imitating a tv.

I cut down the commercial to just that piece of audio if you just want to #/902133]listen to it. It sounds kinda like Leonard Cohen or Alabama 3 but I haven't found anything that fits the lyrics (which may be misheard to begin with).

Does anyone know the title to the song that plays in the commercial with the guy in the bar? Its the one that sounds like the guy is flipping through channels. Thank you!
