Canadian Wireless(?) Commercial

OK, I saw this great Canadian commercial for some wireless or telephone service (POSSIBLY telus, but I don't know) and it had like this pixelated-animation guy and he was dancing around with these flowers and singing this song and all I could get were "butterflies", "kittens", and "testing positive for rabies". It sounds strange, but it's funny and kinda cute.

I would've searched for it but I don't know what the company is called.

i've seen this commercial as well,

"something something, something something, kissing babies, testing negative for rabies, i'm haaaaappppy!"

anyways, it really sounds like that was just a jingle done specifically for the ad.

btw: i'm pretty sure its for bell mobility
