There's an add on the discovery, history or science channel featuring Jay Z. He's actually in the clip. The chorus lyrics are something like:

In the background is a big band kind of noise with trumpets, drums and stuff. Does anyone have any idea of the song?

There's an Anheuser-Busch Budweiser Select ad he's in with Danica Patrick and Dale Earnhardt Jr. which features his song "Show Me What You Got". One or two of the ads has Danica in one car racing against Dale Jr. and Jay-Z in another car with the song playing in the background. Here's the song lyrics (partial):
