Its called 'End Title' by Thomas Newman.

I believe it is originally from The Shawshank Redemption.

I found the name of the third and final song in the brokeback mountain trailer

It's from the movie shawshank redemption it's simply called, "end title" go to youtube.com and type in shawshank redemption and end title.

I was looking all over for it too.
