Brand new VH1 Commercial

I just seen the latest VH1 commercial featuring a cool sounding track that goes with "Hey everybody ! We're all united" and "Can't stop, Can't stop, Can't stop the beat !"

I even seen the original music video with cool animations and 8-bit video graphic effects for It once when I came across it.

Does anyone know what it is?
