There was a film clip that appeared a lot in the 1970s.

There was a hot air balloon floating over the countryside. The soundtrack was a piece of electronic/synthesizer music.

Does anyone know wha it is called and/or the artist.

I seem to remember that it was on the BBC if that is any help. It was very much in the style of Vangelis. I have been through most of his back catalogue but still no match...
