Ballad Song "No One Ever..." (Male)

Hello. Need Help.

There is this song thats being played on this private music network/broadcast (restaurant, clothing/sporting goods stores, fast food chains use this versus going to say a FM radio station) that i don't seem to find who the singer nor what the title of the song is. Obviously, since its private music broadcast, the station does not say what the song title is.

Anyways, the song has a chorus of "no one ever ... like you?" It sounds like Spandau Ballet but doesn't seem to be them. Its either late 80s or early 90s song... maybe later.

Any ideas?

While it's a possibility (but not likely) "I've Been Waiting For A Girl Like You" by Foreigner.

The song is soft ballad. Does anyone know what that private station is?
