Arby's

Has anybody seen this? The guy apparently has Arby's on his mind, so the neon cowboy hat follows him around until he decides that he wants to eat some roast beef sandwiches or something. There's an instrumental track playing in the background. It sounds like a banjo and maybe a steel guitar?? I looked for a link to the commercial, but can't seem to find any. Any help is appreciated. Thanks~
